What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and graduate trainees.
Provide caregiver coaching and family support to reinforce therapy goals.
Analyze data to monitor progress and guide clinical decisions.
Lead team meetings and foster collaboration across disciplines.
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Uphold BACB ethical standards and ensure high-quality clinical practices.
What You’ll Bring
Active
BCBA certification
in good standing (required).
Master’s degree
in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A compassionate, collaborative approach to client and team relationships.
