• Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.

Responsibilities

• The Front Line greeter serves visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
• Answer telephones, and respond to and send faxes.
• Directs visitors, employees, and patients appropriately.
• Must have strong communication skills and computer skills.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School graduate required
• Additional skills required: Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, Power-Point, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of office environment experience

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
