Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Contract - Remote
Must Haves:
We are hiring Recruiting Coordinators to support our Go-To-Market recruiting teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This role is essential to streamlining interview logistics, improving recruiter efficiency, and helping us meet aggressive hiring goals by the end of our fiscal year.

- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident reaching out to hiring managers directly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and open to feedback.
- Experience using multiple systems and communication channels simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, Zoom, G-Suite.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Prior experience in corporate recruiting environments (preferred over agency).
- Familiarity with B2B hiring workflows.
- Exposure to high-volume recruiting and fast-paced environments.
- Ability to recommend process improvements with confidence and clarity

- Send templated candidate communications via Greenhouse ATS.
- Monitor and manage 20-25 candidate workflows per week, segmented by function.
- Coordinate interview prep and logistics with hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively across Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and Greenhouse.
- Support recruiters by freeing up time for sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and Slack channels to stay integrated.
- Provide feedback and suggest process improvements when needed.
