- Support Staff: 3 APPs

- Lab and X-ray onsite

- Trauma Level: I (Comprehensive Stroke)

- No of Beds: 16 (ICU)

- EMR: Epic

- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Active OH License

- BC

- BLS, ACLS

- Clean Record

- Exp working with Stroke patients

- ENLS (Highly Preferred)
