This role is responsible for designing and planning our enterprise End User Computing environment. They collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solutions/platforms meet business needs. Focus of this position is the End User Computing Environment (‘EUC’) inclusive of PC’s, Laptops, VDI desktops as well as assisting in Mobile devices such as Tablets, RF Guns, etc.. It focuses both on the devices and their software as well as the management/administration of a sizable global deployment. We are happy to consider remote applicants for this role, with an expectation to work east coast hours. Responsibilities include: Determine the best standardized solutions for the RPC globally Troubleshoot and resolve escalated or enterprise level EUC issues as needed Determine the optimum deployment strategy for our EUC environment Help ensure security of our EUC devices within the DRM framework Communicate impacts of other initiatives to the EUC computing environment Be the primary RPC SME on our end point operating systems (Windows, macOS) as well as AVD and Citrix Be an expert on M365 tools from the end point perspective Drive compliance through monitoring of the environment, recommending versioning, helping administer our SCCM and InTune/AutoPilot platforms Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Requirements include: 10 years of experience as an EUC Engineer or Architect Hands on experience with end use hardware, affiliated drivers, setting, etc.. Strong understanding of SCCM, InTune/Autopilot, Entra, AD, GPO, Windows 10/11, M365, Scripting, VDI systems and principles Strong understanding of user behavior and an innate ability to translate technology to non-technical audiences Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to map business requirements to technical solutions Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills Compensation: $114,125.70-$154,405.35 per year Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity, standing up for fairness and maintaining a culture of belonging, to provide an exceptional experience for all.
