We are seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET/Azure Architect and Technical Lead to join our Health Data Platforms team. In this role, you will be responsible for both leading and actively contributing to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge health data solutions on the Azure platform built in .NET. Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure health data solutions on the Azure platform. Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a .NET/ Azure Architect and Technical Lead, with a strong background in web and data platforms, ideally in the healthcare sector. Technical Skills: Expertise in building web applications using the latest versions of .NET, and Azure services, including but not limited to Azure App Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics. HIPAA and PHI Compliance: Experience with HIPAA regulations, HITRUST and handling Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring all solutions meet stringent privacy and security standards. Clinical Data Registries: Familiarity with clinical data registries, including Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs), and their role in improving healthcare quality is a plus. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. What We Offer
