We are seeking an experienced

Marketing Manager

to lead and execute Treble’s B2B marketing initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on

HubSpot management

,

outbound email campaigns

, and

social media growth

. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, content creation, and lead generation, with a sharp eye for analytics and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Treble’s growth objectives. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social, digital, and content marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business development and client goals. HubSpot & CRM Ownership Act as the

primary owner of HubSpot

, ensuring optimal setup, data integrity, and system-wide efficiency. Build and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle campaigns. Oversee list segmentation, database hygiene, and syncing between HubSpot and ZoomInfo. Create and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, attribution, and ROI. Provide HubSpot training and best practice guidance to team members. Lead the development and execution of outbound email campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting, design coordination, testing, and deployment. Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, CTAs, personalization, and send times. Monitor campaign analytics to drive continuous improvement in open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulations. Social Media Management Own and grow Treble’s social media presence across

LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram

. Develop and execute a content calendar that highlights Treble’s expertise, culture, client wins, and thought leadership. Monitor engagement, track metrics, and adjust strategies to drive audience growth and brand visibility. Experiment with new formats (video, carousels, LinkedIn articles, etc.) to increase reach and engagement. Partner with leadership to elevate executive visibility on social platforms. Awards Program Management Lead the agency’s awards program by identifying opportunities, drafting submissions, and managing timelines to showcase Treble’s work and culture. Track wins and nominations for marketing, recruiting, and brand-building purposes. Culture Advocacy Serve as a culture advocate, helping communicate and promote Treble’s values internally and externally. Support internal initiatives that reinforce employee engagement, team recognition, and agency pride. Highlight team successes and agency milestones across marketing channels. Provide visual branding support for sales decks, proposals, and client presentations. Partner with business development to design polished, on-brand materials that tell Treble’s story and support revenue growth. Maintain consistency of Treble’s visual identity across marketing, sales, and internal collateral. Select Client Support: Social Media & Awards Programs Partner with account teams to support client-facing social media initiatives, including content drafting, scheduling, and engagement monitoring. Assist in developing and identifying award nominations for PR clients, highlighting their innovation, leadership, and market impact. Collaborate with account leads to ensure social and awards programs align with broader PR strategies. Content & Brand Marketing Create and manage marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, and event collateral. Collaborate with design resources (in-house or via Canva) to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints. Market Research & Analytics Conduct research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights. Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy and optimize spend. Present regular reports to leadership highlighting KPIs, trends, and opportunities. Events & Brand Visibility Support planning and execution of custom events, webinars, and networking opportunities that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications

Experience & Background 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment. Demonstrated success in developing and executing outbound campaigns and multi-channel programs. Technical Skills HubSpot expertise required

(advanced proficiency strongly preferred). Experience with ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead management. Strong track record managing and growing B2B social media channels. Skilled in email marketing, list segmentation, automation, and campaign reporting. Proficiency in social media management for B2B audiences (LinkedIn, X, Instagram). Strong writing and editing skills for content creation. Proficiency with Canva (or equivalent) for producing graphics, case studies, and whitepapers. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing tactics. Certifications (Preferred) HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification (strongly preferred). What We Offer
