Join a nonprofit with a focus in the healthcare space as the temporary-to-hire HR Business Partner in this exciting opportunity. This nonprofit is seeking an experienced HR professional to take charge of the full employee experience, compliance, benefits and compensation, and more! This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR leader with HR Business Partner experience ready to make an impact and mentor the rest of the HR team. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to support organizational initiatives, HR programs, and policy updates while fostering a positive workplace culture. Manage benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance. Serve as a liaison with external contacts to ensure accurate HR information, smooth processes, and timely resolution of HR issues. Spearhead performance management processes, guiding managers through performance evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives. Provide guidance to leadership and methods of employee engagement activities to consistently evaluate retention and audit processes for improvement. Identify training and development needs for managers and employees and help implement learning programs organization-wide. Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Evaluate performance, budget, surveys, etc. using data analysis; compile finding reports. Communicate with staff at a large-scale on important HR matters using clear and concise communication. Be an all-hands-on-deck resource to leadership and ad hoc HR-related requests. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. What We’re Looking For: HR Experienced. You bring at least five years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, with a bachelor’s degree in hand. Dependable. You are trusted to balance daily HR tasks with strong discretion. Strategic HR thinker. You can assess and resolve HR challenges. Organized. You have strong proficiency in managing incoming requests and delivering results on time; you never let tasks slip through the cracks. Approachable. You are service-oriented and work well with people of different backgrounds. Practiced discretion. Your previous HR experience has developed a strong implementation of confidentiality.
