We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Engineering Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top-tier technical talent. As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to sourcing and screening candidates, and offers negotiation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to find the best fit for the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing and recruitment, and a deep understanding of engineering and specialized roles in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry. Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various semiconductor and technical engineering disciplines. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board platforms, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, identify qualified candidates and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting outreach to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding. Propose and actively participate in initiatives, projects, and proposals to enhance the quality of our recruiting process. Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D engineers or similar. Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D, and others) and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields. Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 a year. The position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise.
