Full-time with on call responsibilities. Schedule will vary based on needs of programs and may include evenings and weekends. 401 K plan with up to 3% employer match after one year of service. Company-Provided Hardware : Equipment will be supplied by the company. Time Away:

The Program Director at Dungarvin provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for managing daily program operations, supervising and supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The Program Director collaborates with families, team members, and community partners to empower the people we serve to achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, fulfilling lives. What You Get To Do: Lead residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire a team of Direct Support Professionals. Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, compliance, and program documentation. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents. Collaborate on individual support plans (ISPs) and quality improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to promote dignity, choice, and independence. Qualifications

MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in human services or a related setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support a diverse team. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in disability services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Commitment to person-centered practices and empowering the individuals served. Goodcommunicationis key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, andcommunicationskills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members. NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of state licensing requirements and funding processes for disability services. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and case management systems. Experience leading teams through change and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Additional Information
