The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The colored film and conspicuity portfolio are a core portfolio in CBT’s Graphic Segment with over $330M in sales. The portfolio is used in a wide range of applications and segments. As global portfolio leader, you will have opportunities to engage with some of the biggest brands in the world. As a global portfolio leader, you will be responsible for: Defining global portfolio strategy Connecting customer insights to global pipeline and programs; leading global NPI pipeline planning and execution to capture priority global growth opportunities Outlining a vision for long-term sustainable new product growth Setting global pricing strategy and corridors for portfolio based on market dynamics and product value proposition Developing marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth, including planning and execution of campaigns in conjunction with other functions Portfolio management including mix, SKU configurations, product offerings, MOQ’s, etc. Leading cross-functional teams in product development and commercialization of NPIs Providing continuous support and guidance to areas on portfolio direction and growth opportunities Leading global brand or sub-brand strategy for portfolio and providing guidance to areas/countries Developing annual business plan Engaging with sales, manufacturing, supply, and technical teams across the globe Partnering with areas teams to understand global demand and working with plant and supply chain teams to execute against demand plans and service improvements Aligning with manufacturing and sourcing on cost reduction programs Facilitating the custom color process for new program specification Coordinating and sharing global brand owner specifications Developing and implementing anti-counterfeit strategies and tactics Engaging with area and country teams to drive new local conspicuity regulations Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of marketing, portfolio management, business development, strategy, and sales in a private, public, government or military environment Current, valid Driver’s License Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree from an accredited institution Five years in sales, marketing, strategy and portfolio management Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Travel:
