Location: Onsite - Denver, Colorado Travel: Up to 50% As the Director of QAQC, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Delivery, your primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the quality and adherence to standards and specifications throughout the construction process of Prime’s data centers. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) programs and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the design and construction meet the most suitable and applicable standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including construction teams, project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices and provide a consistent feedback loop to Prime’s Development and Engineering teams. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance and quality control strategy for data center construction projects, aligning with industry best practices and client requirements. Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) plans and procedures for data center construction projects. Establish and enforce quality control procedures, protocols, and standards to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and regulations. Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to identify quality requirements and potential risks. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, materials, and workmanship for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and deficiencies, and work closely with project teams to develop corrective action plans. Coordinate and conduct quality training programs for construction personnel to enhance awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with project teams to establish quality control checkpoints, testing protocols, and documentation requirements throughout the construction process. Implement and manage a comprehensive quality control program, including document control, material testing, inspection processes, and non-destructive testing. Facilitate and participate in quality-related meetings, including project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and subcontractor evaluations. Conduct regular internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance quality performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints, quality incidents, and non-conformance issues, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to data center construction and quality management systems. Develop and manage a team of QAQC field specialists. Basic Requirements:

10+ years of experience in construction quality management, QA/QC, or project engineering 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing QAQC programs for large-scale or mission-critical projects such as data centers, hospitals, or industrial facilities. Proven ability to develop and implement QAQC plans, standards, and procedures Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE) Experience conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for non-conformances Familiarity with data center MEP systems and commissioning processes Proficiency with QAQC and project management tools such as Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Excel, and Power BI Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and best practices Experience training teams on quality standards and continuous improvement practices Must be able to work onsite in Denver, CO and have ability to travel to job sites as required Benefits:
