The traditional BSN program is offered in a traditional, face-to-face learning format. In general, the RN-BSN, MSN and DNP programs are online with occasional hybrid opportunities. The graduate programs include three clinical tracks (Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Adult/Gerontology) for the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) role as well as pathways in the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Health Care Leadership specialties.

We are seeking nurse educators to join the full-time faculty in creatively responding to the learning needs of the nurse in the 21st century. Faculty salaries using this scale for a 3-semester appointment range from $85,952 - $148,828, and for a 2-semester appointment range from $77,357 - $133,945. Both appointment types are available. The actual salary will be based on the experience, rank, and appointment term of the candidate selected to fill this position.Job Description:The School of Nursing is seeking candidates for a full-time tenure track (those with a terminal degree) or professional track (those without a terminal degree) teaching position in the undergraduate program (traditional BSN) and throughout the post-licensure nursing programs (RN-BSN, MSN, DNP). The university is seeking an individual capable of excellent teaching, committed to significant involvement with students both within and outside of the classroom, and interested in participating in the academic unit’s service learning and/or undergraduate research programs.The School of Nursing has a strong commitment to quality teaching, a passion for building Christian community with students, a tradition of high-impact academic practices, and experience in using our skills for collaborative and interprofessional work.Responsibilities will begin August 2026 and will include teaching a wide variety of courses across nursing programs. Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching people from diverse backgrounds is preferred.* Philosophical: Thorough commitment to the concept of a Christian liberal arts education and a desire to work in a Christian university. Supportive of the religious and educational goals of the university and its sponsoring denomination.* Personal: Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement.
