Senior Financial Analyst, Technical Infrastructure Finance
Google is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Technical Infrastructure Finance team. The role is available in Sunnyvale, CA, USA, and Chicago, IL, USA. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related function. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree. Preferred qualifications:
Experience with stakeholder management. Ability to influence through strong relationship management, business expertise and data knowledge to manage a complex set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders. Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners. Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both an individual contributor and within a large cross-functional team. Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction (e.g., spreadsheet modeling). Excellent problem-solving and strategic skills, combined with strong business acumen. About the job

Responsibilities
Collaborate and lead headcount projects/programs with TI Strategy Operations and TI Business Partners. Manage and govern hiring lead-times, level, location, or role ratios, and allocations. Develop, partner, or execute on organization level decisions, providing insights and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support TI Finance leadership on critical initiatives and advise junior team members. Own overall headcount and location projections, guiding Staffing, Human Resources, and Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS).
