Tasked with establishing a robust data culture, driving adoption of data-driven practices, and leading data enablement initiatives, this role is the linchpin in transforming raw data into a strategic asset.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**This role is vital in shaping the company's data strategy and ensuring that data is leveraged as a strategic resource. The position requires someone with a deep understanding of data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align data initiatives with business strategy.1. Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies in alignment with business goals, facilitating the transition from telco to techco.2. Create a 2-3 year roadmap for data initiatives, identifying data-driven opportunities and assessing organizational data needs.3. Work with business units to ensure data supports organizational objectives, and data initiatives help achieve strategic business outcomes.4. Drive thought leadership in the realm of data management, staying at the forefront of industry trends and influencing a forward-thinking data culture.5. Develop an innovation roadmap that leverages data to to drive organizational creativity and efficiency.**HIRING REQUIREMENTS:**Work Experience* Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a similar role.* Demonstrated success in driving data strategies within organizationsLevel of Knowledge* Deep understanding of data management* Deeply knowledgeable of data governance principles* Deeply knowledgeable on the latest and emerging industry trendsEducation* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science and ICT**Equal Opportunity Employer**
