ManpowerGroup is hiring: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES - 3RD SHIFT WEEKEND in Ontario

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced athletic apparel distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA. This is a 3rd shift position, working Thursday through Tuesday, 11:00 pm PST - 7:30am PST. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, returns, and inventory control, as well as assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

• *Job Duties:**

Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in **picking customer orders** and preparing them for shipment. This is a **fast-paced, hands-on role** where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most. **What You'll Do**

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability
• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facility

**Requirements**

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
• Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25-50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
