TEKsystems is hiring: Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles

Overview

360 BH is seeking support for their Onboarding team, to assist with follow up calls and emails to new hires going through the onboarding process. They will be responsible for tracking timelines of screenings, tracking and following up on start dates, and supporting the TA team with scheduling or cancellations for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new hires via calls and emails to support onboarding progress.
• Track timelines for screenings and start dates; monitor and update scheduling as needed.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling or cancellations for new hires.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
