Position Summary: The Field Technician will travel to various store locations to perform maintenance and service repairs on a range of commercial food service equipment. You will collaborate with dispatchers and team supervisors to efficiently manage and complete maintenance calls. Responsibilities: Repair and refurbish equipment such as frozen beverage machines, fountain soda dispensers, coffee brewers, gas dispensing equipment, and refrigerated cases. Conduct preventative maintenance on food service equipment including frozen beverage units, coffee brewers, and high speed ovens. Manage parts inventory on your service truck, including performing weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory. Travel to multiple locations daily and work independently with minimal supervision. Receive and prioritize dispatches via email and phone, maximizing equipment up-time. Update job statuses and notes using our online work order management system, providing detailed resolution notes. Maintain accurate truck inventory through weekly cycle counts and annual inventory checks. Ensure your service vehicle is clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Working Relationships: You will interact with internal Facilities Managers, dispatchers, parts departments, and retail store team members. Collaboration will also extend to other technical peers, including HVAC Technicians, Fuel Maintenance Technicians, and General Maintenance Technicians. Minimum Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education:

Trade school and/or an Associate’s Degree. Minimum Experience:

0-2 years of related experience is required. Preferred Experience:

2+ years of experience repairing food service equipment, including high speed ovens, food warmers, and coffee brewers, especially brands like Taylor or FBD. Additional skills in other trades like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical are a plus. Other Requirements: Physical:

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and perform regular physical activities such as grabbing, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing. Travel:
