Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Billings, MT, for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems. Daily tasks include preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, installing and upgrading HVAC systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The technician will also handle emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and certification in EPA standards
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., HVAC certification)
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
