About The Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us on our mission by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform complex data analysis using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
- Experience with data visualization tools and ability to create compelling visualizations to communicate complex ideas.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R and programming languages commonly used for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Proficient in Notion or ClickUp.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to a non-technical audience.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptable to changes.

What We Offer
The expected annual salary range for this role is $78,000-$90,000.
