Overview
Join one of the largest bottlers and distributors of the world's iconic beverage brands. This is a union role located in United States, Oregon, Wilsonville. Schedule: Night shift; start times typically 3:00pm - 6:30pm (until work is completed). Pay: $29.35 - $32.61 DOQ. This role requires enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan for some benefits.

What the CDL Driver does: operate a commercial motor vehicle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of beverages to customers.

Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent; CDL-A License required; Interstate license required; ability to drive manual transmission preferred; must be at least 21 years of age; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements; ability to work weekends and holidays as directed; flexibility for changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following delivery routes and schedules; maintain on-time and accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather conditions; comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Safely load and unload beverage products with proper handling techniques; stock and maintain back rooms/back stock as requested; pick up and return pallets, shells, and assigned product at each location.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety issues.
- Use electronic devices or paperwork to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain records; collaborate with logistics to ensure accurate counts and resolve discrepancies; communicate updates to supervisors and dispatchers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle; interact professionally with store personnel; establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Complete all required training; attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
- Maintain valid CDL-A license and comply with all job requirements.
