Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Work Schedule

Full Time Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Starting range: $16/hr-$19/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard, manage front desk reception, and provide clerical support across departments.
• Be the first point of contact at the hospital, creating positive impressions and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
• Greet visitors, assist them in signing in, and issue badges as needed.
• Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed.
• Run and distribute census reports each morning and at the end of the day.
• Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes.
• Scan all correspondence and miscellaneous items.
• Check therapy charges and attach census to the back of each therapist’s batch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry is preferred.
• Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights) as required.
