Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
