Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used in site clearing, excavation, grading, paving, and utility installation. Daily tasks include operating equipment, performing safety checks, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Operation, Heavy Equipment, and Excavation
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and handling Used Equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the construction or sitework industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus
