Job Description

We’re looking for skilled operators to safely run heavy machinery and assist with general labor to keep our cement plant moving.

Equipment You’ll Operate

• Loaders – move and stockpile raw materials
• Bulldozers – maintain stockpiles & push materials
• Skid Steers – handle smaller loads & cleanup tasks
• Backhoes – digging, loading, and material handling
• Excavators – move limestone, gypsum, clinker, and aggregates

What You’ll Do

• Load materials into hoppers, crushers, and conveyors
• Manage stockpiles & ensure proper material blending
• Transport and stage materials around the plant & quarry
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Assist with plant clean-up, general labor, shutdowns, and repairs
• Follow strict safety and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience running heavy equipment (cement, quarry, or mining )
• Valid equipment operator certification/license
• Strong knowledge of equipment safety practices
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willing to perform hands-on labor as part of daily responsibilities
