Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client located in Novi, MI in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity offering a hybrid work arrangement, ideal for candidates seeking long-term growth in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

  • Assist with onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate interviews and support recruitment efforts

  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports

  • Respond to employee inquiries and support HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR support role preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
