Overview

HR Generalist role at Elior for the Traditions segment, based onsite in Pearl, MS. This is a Full-Time position within the Traditions Plant in Pearl, MS. The role partners with business leaders and team members to provide ethical HR guidance, coach, navigate and resolve employee relations issues, and drive HR projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with leaders, team members, and key stakeholders to provide HR advice and counsel to coach, navigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Work with leadership to identify root causes of issues and opportunities to mitigate risks and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Recognize potential employee relations matters and investigate end-to-end.
  • Identify opportunities for leadership and field staff training.
  • Exchange knowledge and work closely with operators to align thinking, deliver solutions, and optimize processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships of trust to foster transparency and two-way communication.
  • Organize and drive assigned projects.
  • Champion HR programs, practices, and policies to maintain a strong, people-focused culture.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice-to-haves:

  • HR Certification such as SPHR, PHR.
  • Experience supporting the Contract Services or Food Service Management Industries.

Onsite in Pearl, MS.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000/year.
