Overview

We are a professional office, industrial and medical cleaning company. We provide all equipment, uniforms, supplies and job training. Located in St. Peters area.

Position: Housekeeper/General Cleaner (Evening)

Schedule: 6:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, Saint Peters. Must be able and willing to pass a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal (including heavy trash), windows cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude; be in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers in English.
• 1–2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience with professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals or schools is a plus.
• Ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward; ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
