Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and providing proactive support to senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars for multiple senior executives
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements
- Schedule, prepare for, and support meetings across multiple time zones
- Assist with department-wide communications and executive presentations
- Run in-office errands and support on-site logistical needs
- Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining professionalism and discretion
- Liaise with administrative teams in other locations to ensure alignment
- Provide occasional after-hours support as executive needs arise
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6–8 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong background in calendar management and executive travel coordination
- Familiarity with professional email communication and presentation prep
- Physically mobile with ability to run errands around the office
- Availability for core business hours with some flexibility for early/late meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired:
- Exposure to Workday
- Experience in financial services or similarly fast-paced industries
- Familiarity with New York City public transportation and commuter logistics
- Prior success in highly collaborative, bi-coastal team environments
