• Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used.
• Anticipating kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating the environment and responding to cues as necessary.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
• Assisting with receiving delivery of product on behalf of the restaurant team.
• Completing daily and weekly checklists.
• Maintaining a proactive approach to the health, safety, and security of all staff at all times.
• Being vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary.
• Greeting guests and providing a memorable experience.
• Resolving guest issues when necessary.
• Sharing your positive high energy and enthusiasm with focus and commitment to exceed customer expectations.
