Commercial Airline Operations Concierge Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)

Location: Phoenix, AZ. This is not a remote role. Successful candidates are required to live within one hour of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Overview

Private Jet Services (PJS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Elevate Aviation Group, provides aviation consultancy and air travel solutions for a global clientele. The Concierge is responsible for passenger welfare and coordinating all aspects of Part 121 flights, including catering, commissary, manifests, gate and boarding procedures, passenger identification, and VIP inflight service.

Responsibilities

• Fly as Concierge on designated NHL and/or MLB team assignments for the season (including playoffs) as required.
• Staff PJS Part 121 and select Part 135 flights as assigned.
• Provide A+ in-cabin VIP service on all flights.
• Monitor aircraft and crew schedules with the VP Commercial Airline Ops to align with team schedules and expectations.
• QC customs, catering, handling, security, and other operational aspects.
• On-call 24/7 for Part 121 staffing support.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations for trip requirements as necessary.
• Collaborate with LGC management on 121 operations including VVIP, large groups, NCAA, and ad hoc flights.
• Assist other departments on an as-needed basis with VP approval.
• Attend airline Flight Attendant class and qualify as a certified Flight Attendant for the designated partner airline.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks; in-cabin and underwing expertise.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and a flight operating system.
• Availability for weekends and nights for after-hours calls.
• Ambassador for the PJS brand and ability to foster company culture.
• Capacity to manage high-end clients with discretion and confidentiality.
• Initiative, self-drive, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Private Charter Standard Security Program (PCSSP) or Aircraft Operator Standard and Security Program (AOSSP).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in 121 operations (broker, operator) in ground service, dispatch, or similar role.
• In-cabin service experience or comparable high-end hospitality background.

Schedule & Travel

• Schedule dependent on assignment.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.

Miscellaneous

• FLSA Status: full-time exempt
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must have a valid US passport and be able to travel to/from Canada unrestricted.
