The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects ARDMS tutors with students nationwide for online sessions. As a tutor on the platform, you can set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning—all from home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor remotely in ARDMS-related subjects using the Live Learning Platform.
• Match with students that fit your teaching style and expertise.
• Prepare and deliver lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and track student progress.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage your own schedule; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics.

What We Offer

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects; rates for ongoing sessions with the same student can reach up to $40/hour.
• Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct.
• Freedom to set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Remote tutoring with no commuting requirements.
• AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARDMS and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Preference given to candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
