We're seeking a skilled and hands-on Roofing Project Manager to join our expanding team! This is an ideal role for individuals who can lead all aspects of our roofing operations, including replacements, repairs, team coordination, and site assessments.

What We Need From You:

• Manage all roofing projects (repairs & replacements) from start to finish
• Conduct roofing inspections, perform repairs, manage repair team, capture detailed photos, determine roof pitch, and ensure install quality
• Capture detailed, stage-specific photos of roofing jobs (before, during, and after repairs) to properly document damage, materials needed, and completed work for insurance claims and retail sales purposes
• Order, pick up, and deliver materials; build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Schedule crews and coordinate communication between sales and clients
• Track job progress in CRM and maintain repair spreadsheets
• Oversee safety plans and act as safety monitor when needed
• Submit all job-related receipts and expenses
• Transport leftover materials to the warehouse as needed

Requirements:

• Based in or willing to commute/relocate to Dickson, TN
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Roofing or construction experience preferred
• Good time-management skills
