This is an excellent Delivery Driver opportunity with full time impact on our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. A NAPA IBS Delivery Driver role offers outdoor field work serving customers on the road, with potential for career growth within the company.
What is NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS)
We manage Parts so businesses don\'t have to. The NAPA IBS program is a partnership with companies needing on-site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business — essentially a store inside a store. We partner with places such as ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships, and more. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, and customer care to improve our customers\' efficiencies and bottom line when we manage their parts departments. What you will be doing
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from multiple vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining a safety focus while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining the delivery truck per safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)

What you'll need
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to handle cash transactions and returns correctly
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver\'s License
