Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager. Base pay range: $48,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. Work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where guests leave happy with their food and experience.

American Franchise Capital currently owns and operates 72 Taco Bell restaurants and 47 Applebee’s restaurants throughout the Midwestern and East Coast regions. We are looking for talented Restaurant Managers to work with our General Manager, other Restaurant Managers, and our Team Members to ensure guests have a great experience and great food.

Requirements: 1 years of Restaurant Manager Experience; a passion for service; a commitment to serving great food to our guests; at least 21 years of age upon hire.

In this RM role, you will manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and other Restaurant Managers in daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead front-of-house service teams and support staff to deliver quality service and food.
• Address and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Compensation and Benefits
