Foundation Recovery Systems, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Production Administrative Assistant to join their team in Ankeny, IA. This role supports customer service, production, and service technician interactions and handles workflow for customer service calls and production-related administrative needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls
• Permit/Engineering preparation
• Provide administrative support for timekeeping
• Calendar management
• Create and close change orders
• Assist in onboarding production and sales employees
• Deliver great customer experiences and service
• Set and confirm install dates
• Mail customer contracts
• Follow up with customers on a variety of issues
• Update customer records for accuracy

What is required to join our team as a Production Administrative Assistant

• High School Degree/GED
• 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Previous call center or customer service preferred
• Positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Excellent computer skills
• Great oral and verbal communication
