Beacon Hill is hiring: Recruiting Coordinator in Chicago

Beacon Hill has partnered with a well-respected financial services firm in Chicago to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to start immediately. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and providing high-level support to recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support recruiters with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipeline management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth interview logistics.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire coordination as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
