Required Experience and Education

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 4 years Related experience or Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the operations of various education programs, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with policies.
  • Lead the onboarding process for four schools at UT Southwestern, including setting due dates, creating enrollment checklists, maintaining communication with students and coordinators, and managing key onboarding documentation.
  • Manage system preparation, email communications, and testing to ensure seamless interview processes. Troubleshoot technical issues on interview day, working closely with faculty to address system requirements and training needs.
  • Track and process admissions status changes, collaborating with student services and school coordinators to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Primary contact for coordinators and applicants.
  • Provide support in preparing materials for committee meetings and participate in evening meetings as required.
  • Review, update, and maintain policies and procedures in line with university and accrediting standards. Interpret policies for faculty, staff, residents, and students.
  • Manage data related to admissions, compile statistical reports. Work closely with the supervisor to conduct system testing and fulfill data requests.
  • Oversee clerical and administrative workflows for maximum efficiency. Supervise and train clerical support staff, set work priorities, and evaluate progress.
  • Assist with recruitment events and related activities to support the admissions process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
