Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 4:30pm

OVERVIEW:

Working as a Full-time Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing, engineering, quality, heat treat, and customer service departments. This position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Designing tooling for cold/hot heading, secondary processes, and gaging
  • Troubleshooting manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling, and gaging
  • Recommending tooling materials, speeds, feeds, and equipment setup
  • Researching capital appropriations for equipment upgrades and replacements
  • Improving operational methods to reduce costs and enhance product quality
  • Assisting with quoting and costing activities
  • Implementing continuous improvement programs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should possess or be working towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering, with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving abilities. The role requires motivation, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Demonstrating core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork is essential. A drug screen is required where applicable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoDesk, or Inventor is preferred.
