Director of Sports Performance Job at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa

Overview

Responsible for development and implementation of team and individualized strength and conditioning programming for NCAA Division I baseball and women's soccer teams. Position also has oversight for sports performance department's graduate assistant program. Additional duties as determined by Director of Athletics to meet specific goals for student-athletes participating in those programs.

Qualifications

• Current certification through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program.


• First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification or willingness to obtain such certification upon hire.


• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal


• Two Years Experience, may include internship or graduate assistant position


• Minimum of One Year Experience with Baseball


• Team Travel will be required


• Comply with NCAA, Conference, University and State Rules and Regulations


• Comply with University Code of Conduct
