THE ROLE
As our Dental Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the practice, ensuring seamless patient experiences, strong team performance, and achievement of strategic goals. You will serve as the anchor between clinical staff, front office, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations across clinical and administrative teams
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency in a $5M+ environment
- Partner with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processes
- Hire, train, and develop staff; foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
- Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) and uphold practice standards
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dental or medical practice management
- Proven success managing multi-provider, high-volume practices
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of dental insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Experience managing $3M–$5M+ in revenue preferred
- Proficiency in dental practice software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
