Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report items using the hotel\'s lost-and-found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

High School Diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to exceed guest expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
