Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process efficiently and warmly.
• Reservations Management: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining records.
• Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Payment Processing: Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately in line with hotel policies.
• Communication Hub: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
• Providing Information: Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve guest concerns; escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records in the property management system (PMS).
• Promoting Hotel Services: Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensuring Security: Follow safety protocols and verify guest identification as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or food service) preferred; strong interpersonal skills required.
• Familiarity with computers and property management systems (PMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and teammates.
• Experience handling guest complaints calmly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks (phones, reservations, guest assistance) simultaneously.
• Hospitality or Front Desk experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Applicants should have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
