OnTrac is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Upper Marlboro

Overview

We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Marlboro, MD facility. Address: 6000 Fallard Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday: 2am - End of Sort; Sunday - Thursday: 2am - End of Sort. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.00/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide). Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure.

Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
