Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (onsite). Reports to the Warehouse Manager and works within the Supply Chain & Logistics department.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing shipments of customer orders accurately within the same day with a 99% accuracy rate.
• Load and unload delivery trucks daily.
• Collaborate with team members, share information and skills, and assist other departments as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures and related computer systems/applications.
• Physical requirements: able to stand for more than half a shift, lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs, handle products up to 100 lbs, and perform movements such as walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.

Preferred / Helpful

• Experience with forklift and standard warehouse/shipping tools and methods.
• Team-oriented with a safety-focused mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. This range is the good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may be modified. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) to eligible employees.
