Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Fitchburg, MA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers—the nation's leader in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a continuum of care that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Our approach to holistic addiction care extends beyond clinical treatment, incorporating recovery coaching, community outreach and partnerships to ensure patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered support.

Base pay range

$19.31/hr - $20.33/hr

Job details

Role: Clinic Safety Liaison (Security Guard)

Full Time Hours:

• Sundays from 5:15 am - 10:15 am
• Mondays to Fridays from 5:15 am - 1:15 pm
• Saturdays from 6:00 am - 8:00 am

Responsibilities

• Assists, direct and monitors all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel
• Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times
• Monitor parking area (at minimum twice per hour) and lobby to ensure no loitering or misconduct; report concerns to supervisor
• Keeps accurate notes reporting within various systems as outlined by Clinic standards
• Communicates regarding incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff
• Performs light maintenance duties and repairs; including touch-up painting, trash removal, changing light bulbs, cleaning spills and various repairs
• Performs regular safety checks, including smoke detectors, locked doors, alarm systems, etc.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Two years' experience in security, corrections, or military, preferred
• Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred
• Must be comfortable with working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment
