Title: Marketing Manager III
Please note- Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite on Wednesdays, flexible other days)
Role Overview-
We are seeking a Marketing Manager III to join our team and lead the execution of high-impact email and partnership-driven marketing campaigns. This role will focus on lifecycle marketing, customer retention, onboarding, acquisition, and upsell opportunities, with a strong emphasis on email automation and partnership collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and bring polish, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dynamics while delivering flawless campaign execution. Eloqua experience is required!
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and measure customer-backed email/marketing automation campaigns (Eloqua, Mailchimp, or similar platforms) to drive usage, conversion, retention, and growth.
- Plan and manage end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, including strategy, creative development, vendor management, deployment, and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Segment Marketers, Product Managers, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Agencies) to execute and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and manage creative briefs in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and developers.
- Build and execute program test plans, including A/B split testing and performance analysis.
- Ensure campaigns are executed with precision, including QA, compliance review, stakeholder communications, and results tracking.
- Support partnership-driven marketing initiatives, including event campaigns and collaboration with external partners.
- Maintain accurate tracking of budgets, schedules, and campaign performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle campaign management.
- Eloqua experience is required
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong background in partnership marketing and executing campaigns with external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with professionalism and polish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the tech industry (SaaS or B2B).
- Knowledge of email creative best practices and campaign lifecycle optimization.
- Familiarity with retention, onboarding, acquisition, and upsell strategies.
