Mark IV Enterprises seeks a qualified electrician with experience in new construction to work at our newest high-profile projects in Pittsford and Henrietta.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC standards
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Work on both low and high voltage systems as required by project specifications
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial electrical work
• Experience with installation, assembly, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices, following electrical layout drawings and building permits
• Vocational or technical training in electrical installation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems
• Safety training; OSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout for safe installation and work practices
• Experience in new residential construction
• Attention to detail in all tasks performed
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Understand and follow OSHA requirements
• Valid NYS driver’s license and own transportation
