WANTED: Graphic Designer with Web Focus (Full-Time, In-Office)

Are you a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong passion and skill set in web design? We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Rapid City, SD, whose primary focus will be designing and executing high-impact online advertising and website layouts. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all platforms. Your day-to-day work will be diverse and exciting, including:

• Designing and building engaging online advertisements (display ads, social media ads, etc.) that drive results.
• Creating clean, modern, and user-friendly website layouts and graphics.
• Developing and maintaining design assets for our various internal teams.
• Designing materials for traditional media and print, such as brochures, flyers, logos, t-shirts, and other branded merchandise.
• Collaborating with marketing and development teams to ensure designs are optimized for performance and functionality.
• Managing projects and meeting all design deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be excellent at this role, you’ll need:

• Adobe Photoshop expertise (must be a power user).
• Exceptional skills in layout and visual hierarchy, producing work that is consistently clean and professional.
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Being web and social media savvy with a strong understanding of current digital design trends.

Bonus Skills:

We’d love to find a candidate who can grow into a role with more direct web development responsibilities. Experience in the following areas would be a significant advantage:

• Web Layout & Design
• Experience with modern web design tools like Figma
• Ability to make website changes on platforms like WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in Video Editing/Shooting
• Animated Ad Design
• Photography skills
