About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into visually engaging assets.
  • Assist in the creation of social media content such as infographics, banners, social media posts, and advertisements to engage and attract target audiences.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the development of visual storytelling for product launches, events, and internal communications.
  • Avid collaborator who can support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Ability to be flexible, embrace challenges, changes and feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with collaborators/project stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design tools or presentation design is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media required.
  • Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Workfront is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $55,400.00 to $72,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
